After a career in Government, Poppy followed her true passion—horses. Beginning with training in Human and Equine Bowen Therapy and Equine Massage, she soon discovered her vocation in saddlery.
Following years of rigorous study and examinations with the Society of Master Saddlers, she established herself as a full-time Saddle Fitter in 2009. This year, her dedication and expertise were recognised at the highest level when she was awarded the prestigious title of Saddle Fitter of the Year.

As a passionate equestrian, Olivia has had horses and competed in many different disciplines from a young age. She started her professional career by studying for her degree in Equine Science at Hartpury University; where she took a keen interest in a horse’s biomechanics and how different tack and training aids can affect this.
Since finishing her degree she has continued to follow her passion for horses and has worked in many sectors of the equine industry; in therapy and rehabilitation centres and on professional dressage yards as a rider and competition groom, before following her passion for saddle fitting. Olivia is also a keen dressage competitor, having trained horses from the backing process through to advanced level.

Based in the picturesque Staffordshire Moorlands, Emma Hallam combines country life with professional excellence in saddlery. From her family farm, where she keeps her horses, Emma balances family life with a distinguished career as a qualified saddler, saddle fitter, bridle maker, and bridle fitter. Alongside her craft, she is completing her NVQ Assessor’s qualification, regularly assessing for the Society of Master Saddlers’ prestigious saddle fitting course. With expertise spanning every detail of horse and rider equipment, Emma is dedicated to the highest standards of equestrian care and craftsmanship.

Georgie, founder of Elite Saddle Fit, is recognised as one of the UK’s most extensively qualified saddle fitters. With over two decades of study, four international certifications, and advanced training in biomechanics, bodywork, nutrition, gait analysis, and learning theory, she brings a depth of expertise rarely found in the industry. Her knowledge extends beyond the horse, with specialist training in rider biomechanics to create true harmony between horse and rider—enhancing performance, confidence, and long-term soundness.
A respected lecturer at both university and college level, Georgie combines evidence, empathy, and experience to deliver consultations that embody the highest standards of equine welfare and rider care.

Steph Bradley, founder of Freedom Saddlery, is an SMS Master Saddle Fitter, British Equestrian Level 4 Coach, BD Accredited Coach, Testt® Certified Rider Symmetry Coach, and accomplished Grand Prix dressage rider. Based at her prestigious Whitegate Farm near Chester, Steph offers bespoke consultations supported by world-class facilities, including stabling and superb arenas. She also hosts exclusive clinics across Gloucestershire, Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
A pioneer in research on perimenopause and female equestrians, Steph champions rider wellbeing alongside equine performance. A long-standing advocate of Aviar Saddles, she competes her Grand Prix horse, Beau, in the distinguished Aviar Rook.
